On Friday, several medical marijuana collective and cooperatives were served cease and desist notices by the City of Tacoma, claiming that they are breaking the law pursuant to WA State RCW 69.51.A. If you are a concerned citizen and want to ensure safe access to medical marijuana in Pierce County by eligible patients, please attend the Tacoma City council meeting on Tuesday, Oct 19 at 5pm (getting there early would be a good idea), Council Chambers, first floor of the Tacoma Municipal Building, 747 Market Street, Tacoma. We need to get as many people there as possible.
