Null And Void

Prop 19 is "null and void and dead on arrival" declared L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca.

With this guy telling the voters that what they decide is null and void, DOA, is kind of taking their constitutional rights way before they even cast their votes. If I was in California, I'd damn sure now get out and vote yes-I would regardless-but this ass wipe declaring to continue the war means he needs to be removed from elected office. :twocents:

Last time I checked Sheriff's have always stayed out of Politics. It isn't their job to make laws for the people, only to enforce laws that the people make. Seems to me he will get in legal trouble for this. :thumbsup:
