ordering seeds in the usa

is it just me or does it suck ordering seeds from over ses company's and hoping our package makes it thru customs. sure we can pay extra for the super stealth shipping methoids that get us some mint or pair of earrings.
wouldnt it be nice if it were legal to just buy seeds down at the corner store.....oh i cant wait for the day it is possible
