need help in the bay area (spinosad & thrips)

i have a thrip problem and im just now entering flowering (only a couple weeks in). problem isnt too severe but i'd like to knock them out before it becomes a major problem. i cant find spinosad...anywhere...yes not even home depot and lowes.

im seeking an organic way to dealing with these bugs.

where can i find it? what product (i already searched for monterey and safer brands but to no avail in my local stores.)

help please.
