Greetings from Yakman ~â?¥~

I am new but yet I'm old.
This site is cool or so I'm told.
Yakman is the name I took.
I'll make it short not a big book. :smokin:

Bad rhyme, I know, I should keep my day job. I grew up on the border (InSainDiego) and became fed up and moved to Mt. about 14 years back.

We have the old Sears bldg. in Conrad Mt. (a very small downtown building). It is a store with an apt. above. It is on Main street directly next door to city hall and the police station. I will rent it out to someone who wants to use it for a med making place and dispensary(or any other type of shop) and you can live right upstairs. We want $700. per month for the entire property. This rental also includes a back room that is for storage but is also set up as a makeshift small abode with a bath and kitchen, a tiny yard (a mini oasis downtown) and a leaky old garage. Note; In the back room all the conversations in the P.D. can be overheard as well as the city hall meetings (thin walls !) :)
I would prefer a 1 year lease and we may consider allowing sub-letting rights.
You don't even need a car to get by here, almost everything is within a block or two from this historic old building in "The Mayberry Of Mt." Available now.
