harvest time in the Bay Area?

Can someone tell me when is the best time to harvest in the SF bay area? seems like mine are taking forever to ripen.

depends,get your magnifier out and see if the trichs are hazy or clear.

I took some tops last week. my train wreck is still un touched. figure another week and its good! we have had a nice Indian summer so far.
