over watered plant

my la confidential seed is now a little over 2 months old. i still want to veg a little longer until flowering. i usually water once every 3 or 4 days sometimes even 5 with 1 full cup of water.
i came back home today to realize it was drooping.
it looks like an over water droop
the soil is almost completely dry and the pot is pretty light. it is almost time to water again but i dont want to make it worse what should i do?

I'm just guessing from the pics on the size of container, but with only one cup of water it's probably under watered.

yeh under watering, water till you see some run off from the bottom of the pot and then leave it dry out b4 you water again..

the pot is extremely heavy and is still holding a lot of water. i dont want to water it yet
