So, my girlfriend and I were smoking in my dorm, and we get caught by the RA's of the hall... but here's the deal:
We WERE smoking MJ, but also had some Salvia, and while it smelled like MJ for a little bit, as soon as the door was open, the smell was gone. They call the cops, and we only offer up the Salvia and the pipe we used for that, saying that's all we smoked.
Can they get us for anything? The only problem being maybe some old resin in the pipe from MJ a long time ago?
pray not... fuck the evidence away n deny everything?? no evidence.. two ppls word against one.. r else hold onto the saliva and plead ignorance if its illegal where u are..
even if you did have weed,depending on where your from,you should only get a misdeameanor charge.Then a $100+ fine.
You should only get a fine. Maybe some community service, maybe nothing.
forget it. salvia is legal. and i got caught with a half gram, a bowl and beers one time by the cops and i only had to meet some girl working for a toxicoman thing whatever. they wont analyze if the bowl's resin contain thc or whatever. dont worry
