How about coco I wonder? I'm starting week 6 flower today so I figure I am about 14 days out from harvest. I can see lots of salts on my pots and on the coco so I know I need a flush in there at least once.
well after reading it a few times I believe that it is geared towards soil but I'm sure it would run the same for hydro. Prob why nothing about coco Proday

I am 2 to 3 weeks out from harvest, trying to get ready. :)
yes I think it is geared toward soil, but the story on the trichomes is valid for any medium.
Never tried the total dark period for 24 hrs personally but going to this time as I am two days from harvest.and am flushing
Have read of two week dark period prior to harvest on some white varities?
Also going to drop the humidity to 20-30%
Will post my results soon

first off please dont get me wrong, regardless of what medium is being used that is a very good article for anyone.
Scott: I have always flushed for only the last week with plain water but this next run I am going to try the 2 weeks and see what a difference it makes. The only dark period I have ever used is 36 hours between veg and flower, that being said I will also be trying the dark period before harvest to see the results.
