Gigantosaurus: huge-leafed strain?
OK, I just made up that name.
I have a plant a little over 12" high with leaves almost twice the size of a man's hand. They are seven-leaflet 'fronds' with the center leaflet being over 8.5" long.
Not sure of the heritage. Might be a Kush/Big Bid hybrid. It certainly is indica dominant.
Have never seen any variety quite like this. Any one else seen any over-sized leaf strains?
May post a pic later.

I like strains with a few big branchy leaves...sticking out beyond the bud sites...
I just grew one strain...Grape Krush...it's father must have been a cabbage?...too many leaves...not enough bud sites...:wtf:

I was checking out a grow for a center in boulder,.... found this in their grow room. Don't remember the strain name, but DAYUM that's a BIG BITCH!!!!

Thanks for posting the link.
My plant is much shorter and the leaf is about 50% larger than that.

That's pretty wild, the pic is one of the largest that I've ever seen.
Are you sure it's not an industrial Hemp plant? I've never actually seen one of them, but I've heard leaves the size of dinner plates are pretty common for Hemp. :wtf:
Gigantosaurus: huge-leafed strain?
Definitely not industrial hemp. It's an offspring from some Kush bagseed and some Nirvana Big Bud.
Guess I will have to post a pic. Will be a while though.

Ive seen leaves the size you are talking about on 100% sativas from china and some hawaiin strains. The prongs are very thin but long as shit. Looks strange.
Hope you can get some pics up!
