Med MJ Evaluations - can they be trusted w your info?
Howdy folks,
Santa Cruz County Clinic, for example, does not keep your personal info. Here's what its FAQ says: "all the forms you submitted will be returned to you once your ID card application has been processed, and we will not keep any copies."
The county is pretty smart and conscientious. It's protecting the patients from federal scrutiny.
In contrast, other outfits, such as Safe Harbor Medical Marijuana Evaluations, does not offer such assurance.
And here's my question: How do these evaluation outfits handle your personal information? I sure don't want to receive any follow-up letter from them, thanking me for a recent visit, or to find out that their employee had stolen their patient database via a USB flash memory.
By the way, which of the evaluation offices in San Jose or Santa Cruz are the fastest in issuing a card?

^ just wait 42 days and if Prop 19 passes you won't need to sign up on any database or anything, you would be able to purchase your meds over the counter without the need of a doctors rec. :greenthumb:
just make sure it passes!!

I'd offer more advice but I got my card at the Oakland BC and it was about 10 years ago so prolly not much help to you. when i move back i want it fully legal without having to provide documentation of how i use it. it is none of their f'n business.
