2 week old Seedlings

Hi all, I'm a first time grower and am very new to cultivating anything much less Marijuana. Anyhow I currently have 4 seedlings that I started from seeds. My setup is closet, I'm using 4 23watt cfls but I have plenty more I water once a week. There is plenty of ventilation 9in fan inside the closet a humidifier at an 18in open door of the closet And a fan blowing on the outside as well. I leave door cracked while door cracked while ights are on. Temperature 80.4, humidity 43% ights 18/6. I have seen other pictures of 2 week old seedlings that seem to be a lot bigger. As you can see the leafs look green and green and healthy. Also it seems as if the have stopped growing taller
and are barely growing bigger leaves. I can't seem to figure it out
But I'm so new to all this I'm prolly missing something simple.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

bottomline: weak light = slow growth...:cool:...or?...you didn't say what kind of container they are in?...or what Kelvin temp your bulbs are?

normal for 3 weeks under T-12 fluoros...below

normal for 3 weeks under High Output T5's...(6500k is critical)...IMO

23 watt cfls are Very bad, you could get some 100 watt cfls with about 5k lumens , but you will end up buying more bulbs here and there and it acumulates, you can just buy a cheap 400 watt hps light system for about 80 bucks or less on ebay. get about 50k lumens FTW
