How long will it take to clear your system smoking 1/4 a week?

I usually smoke about 1/4 a week, the last two weeks I haven't smoked except one hit. How long should it take to clear my system? I'm a bigger guy... 6 2 230lbs. Thanks for all the help, I appreciate it in advance.

Everybody rids thc metaboites at different rates. It is impossible to plug numbers in and say for certain where one stands. What you should do is get some at home thc tests either through your local/chain pharmacy or on line (tons cheaper). Testing yourself is the only way to be sure. When you test yourself use your 1st void of the day since it contains the highest amount of thc metabolites. When you can test negative on your 1st void, you should be good to go.

I definitely plan on testing myself, I was just wondering if there was any kind of metric like...smoke an ounce a month takes 30 days, or smoke an 1/8th a week takes 2 weeks, something like that.

Anyone of similar size and weight with about same usage (1/4 per week) out there that knows how long it took for them?

No such thing. Each persons body is different and theres way too many variables to take into consideration to arrive at an accurate figure. The only realistic way to determine your cleanout time is periodic home testing.
