Need help passing a drug test!!
ok so here is the deal. I have a drug test a week or so from now for my job
i have been a smoker for 3 years smoking a .3 daily. Im 5,5 at 150 pounds i hit the gym everyday for about 2 years. I havent smoked for about 12 days so all together its going to be about 18 days to my drug test. Recently i drinked a lot of water and ran a couple of miles a day for about a week so i sweat alot. Will i be clean by 18 days or do i need to drink a detox.
Can you please tell me advice on what i should do for this following week will i be clean by then???

I don't thnk anyone can give you a definite answer on that. From what I've read on here it's best to test yourself with a home drug test and if you fail either substitute for someone else's or use the dilution sticky at the top of the forum. By the way, there is a sticky for switching too.

Mlodyski, the only way to know where you stand is to take an at home test that you can get from your local pharmacy or order on line. Every body is different and there are way too many variables to say whether one is clean or not. Take the test and you will know where you stand. Do not waste your money on any detoxes. They are a complete waste of your money and will do nothing for you. The only proven way to eliminate thc metabolites from your system is time, fat burnng exercise and a high fiber diet. You appear to be on the right track with your exercise regimen. Test yourself with the first void of the day. It will contain the highest concentration of thc metabolites. If you can pass with your first void then you will be good to go for your upcoming test.

ppl say that the detox dosnt work but thats because they dont drink it right. you are surposed to drink it that day like 3 or 4 hours b4 u go to the drug test and only piss once two get out the bad piss and the detox drink detoxifys ur piss. ppl think it wipes ur system clean but it only does for as long as u dont piss it out....i dont recomend using the detox drink but since u dont have to much fat on u it will get out of ur system faster cause thc sticks to fat. also a .3 a day isnt much you might not even have to do anything just quit. but keep ur motabolis going fast so keep up the excorcise.

Yep, thats called dilution...nothing more, nothing less. All "detox products" work via the dilution factor (that is, when they do work at all). They "work" by temporarily diluting the THCA concentration thats present in the bladder, to where the urine sample falls below the cutoff thresholds of the drug screen. The same thing can be accomplished with just water.
In summary, detox products are nothing but a scam to seperate the credulous from their hard-earned cash. You can spend up to $200 on a magic elixir and accomplish nothing different than what can be accomplished using just water and vitamin B2.
Fat-burning activities are only helpful if the user has 2 weeks or more to prepare for a THC U/A. When fat cells burn, the stored THCA are released back into the bloodstream and end up in the urine and bowels. This is the main reason why THC carries a longer detection period than most other substances. If the user is still testing positive on a home THC test kit, and the scheduled U/A is 3 days away, then all fat-burning activities should be curtailed. The user would want to be as lazy as possible during those 3 days to avoid releasing a bunch of THCA into the bloodstream, which will end up in the urine to be detected.
Drinking a bunch of fluids days before the U/A is of no help. It may cause frequent urination, but it has no effect on the rate in which THCA is released into the bloodstream and picked up by the kidneys. As stated earlier, dilution techniques are only temporary. Therefore, drinking fluids is only helpful on the day of the U/A.
Sweating is hardly of any help because very little THCA is excreted via sweat. The rest are being excreted by the urine and bowels.

On a side note, I noticed that marijuana dot com forums banned all the mods and is now run/moderated by their "partners" who are pushing drinking copious amts of water/cranberry everyday and linking to their $200+ in some cases bullshit detox products? What a trip.
I have logged out and have moved on from their now. Happily this place still allows the truth to be discussed.

i did what someone said, i bought myself the drug test and tested myself at 9 in the morning and i tested negative :)) i still have like 5 days until the actual test so im relieved. im gonna buy myself another in like 3 days just to be sure
