Richmond Virginia police have developed software to scour the internet including facebook and twitter for smokers. I think I witnessed this first hand when I visited there from England last month, after posting some rather open comments about drugs online the vcu police raided my room at 2AM. I was never told how they knew :(

They only found a bit of shake, I was pretty lucky I wasn't deported
