I work in a labor intestive job and sweat profusley all day. I have to take the test after work so i'm wondering if I should follow N2's dilution method or increase my fluid intake to make up for sweating, and if so by how much.
Also, I bought QCarb before discovering this site so I figure I might as well take it also since I have it. Could that affect my dilution as well?
