Personally, I skateboard to keep in shape.
Make sure to have some good music, and pump some good ol fashion iron like Arnold.
Swimming is a blast when your high. It also burns a lot of calories.
Stoner or not, it all comes down to one thing - burn off more calories than you take in.
I recommend that you smoke a big joint and then ride a bike. Then do that pretty much everyday. And eat good food. You will lose weight. ;)
Or you could become a Meth head. They're usually pretty skinny. :eek:
If you have the munchies, instead of hitting the Dorito's grab a glass of ice water and drink that. It works for me.
I was 208 lbs. and was very uncomfortable so I started eating melons like cantalopes, baby seedless watermelons, honeydews and a lot of fruits I lost 20lbs in 2 and a half months. Watermellon will take away that hungry feeling and make you feel like you just ate a small dinner. and its very tasty.
Give it a shot. You can get high quality reasonably priced fruits and vegies at your local farmers market.

well heres some tips that seem to work
1.A low fat diet,any dairy should be non or low fat
2.try cutting back on white flour ,white rice ,potatos,,carbos..ect.
3.Try adding a little running(even just a few feet at first)to your walking.you want to get your heart rate up to burn more calories.Run a little then walk keep increasing your running distance.You will feel you heart going faster
4.sugar and sweets cut back
:D try to stick with fruits in the morning and veggies and protein in the afternoon. :thumbsup: its funny, I find myself actually getting a craving for a carrot or an apple sometimes after I've been eating healthy instead of the crap I usually eat.Quote:
