tarped my ladys , crazy summer, lack of light

so its the crazyist summer ever gettin to 40 to 45 some nights with intollerable winds. humidity gets to 98 some evenings, so im doing everything i can to ensure my harvest is healthy, i have heating pads on the roots, a system for thse 60 mph winds im gettin and even for the wet nights, witch includes a oil space heater that radiates heat and a tarp especially because the planter box is under my window and the roof overhang will drop dirty water when its too moist out. my question is i left the tarp annd blankets on too long (2 hours) into the morning twice in a row and its the 5th week of flowering how could this lack of light efect them? especially now that theyre back to normal light? thanks

I agree with the crazy summer comment. Where are you? I'm in Redding. We had rain in June. Never heated up like it should. Cool nites. Had rain last week, and more rain predicted for next week. WTF?

ya dude WTF, rain you say?? bummer sorry to hear about that. im on a mountain called Mt.Diablo east of sf like 30 miles or 40 or something but i live up on it around no neighbors at like 1800 elevation and its a twin peeked mountain so when these winds come they whip around both peeks and through the center and ride across the ridges untill they converge at my house. great spot but its the first summer that its ever been like this here especially with these cold south west south winds.

Reddin you say. were you at the gem show up there maby 3 months ago??

Sure, Mt Diablo. I know exactly where it is. I grew up in Richmond and El Sobrante. As a young adult I used to party and work in Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek, etc and used to go to "the mount" on occasion. Hell, thats where I lost my virginity. Me and sweet Kelli and my favorite bong and a jug of wine - - on a blanket in the middle of a big field of tall grass, beautiful views (many). *sigh*

I thought was all national park tho. Yer not growing in a park are ya? Now THAT'S nads.


I don't go to many 'events' here in Redding. I like to get out of town, especially if it is a MJ related gathering.
