Which Clint Eastwood movie was this?

Hey all.

I've been searching for this Clint Eastwood movie I saw wayyyy back in the day. Can anyone tell me the title so I can rent it?

All I remember is in the western, Clint somehow ends up "training" a bunch of white collar types (bankers and other suits). When one of them falls off the mountain trail cliff Clint yells at the rest of them because the guy screamed on the way down to his death. One of the crew said "Hey if he wants to yell it's his last, so why not let him?" Clint said he could have gave the enemy their location or whatever. It's probably some revenge/vigilante/take back the town theme. I'm sure it was a western, could be from the 70's or so.

Any clue what the heck I'm even talking about? I'm not sure myself! :wtf:
