Usually the worst that happens is your seeds will get confiscated in the mail. However, if it's illegal for you to have them and anyone finds out, then you'll be in trouble with the law...
Always use an address that is different from your grow. Don't involve anyone else.
Use a PO Box and a prepaid Credit card:thumbsup:
I've ordered from Atitude seed bank a few times. I did cash for visa gift card and used the name of an old roommate. Recent had plant catastrophy and all dead and so I went to do the same seed order thing.
Got Visa gift card, registered it...it didn't work. I read to call them and get it OK-ed for international buisness (even though card says good for international electronic buisness...) and on phone the rep says "oh the regulations changed September 1st, store you bought card from should have removed them from shelves" WTF
So I'm pretty pissed about now having couple hundred dollars on stupid card, and since I registered it in a name that's not my own; I can not get them to issue me a check. It will get used for other BS of life stuff...but still pissed off : delay in figuring out getting seeds.
Anyone know if this is all gift cards or just Visa...?
