I burned my plants with soap water.. helppp..

I had a bad case of spider mites and sprayed my two plants with soapy water. obviously it was to much because today the leaves are curled up and alot are dead. my two plants look horrible... they are in early flowering too.
this is my first attempt at this so one of the many newbie mistakes i suppose.
anyways is there any way i can fix this. i sprayed the plants with just plain water. will this help?
Please give me some wisdom.

1. Prevention over removal of infestation.

2. Next time listen to me.

3. It is a weed, it should recover, probably will hurt the quantity of product.
