What is this testing? Help needed soon please.

Hi I have a drug test tomorrow.
It is a Labcorp. The form says they are requesting test that says (6 digit code) 5+Crt+pH. I can imagine what the pH is, but what is the rest? and about the 6 digit code, where can i find what that means? i didn't post it out of paranoia that it might be linked to me individually.
Please help
Thank you!

The six digit code is the lab inventory number. 5 means theyre testing for 5 types of drugs. "Crt" means they will check the creatinine level to determine an overdiluted sample while pH is checked for sample adulteration.

I suppose I shouldnt have any trouble using a bottle of that substitute urine you can buy?

No, not as long as its a reputable brand, unexpired, and had been kept away from direct sunlight exposure.
For peace of mind, you can always test the sub urine to make sure the creatinine, SG, and pH are all within satisfactory limits. These inexpensive test kits can be found online by doing a Google search for drug adulteration test kits.
