First time growing hyrdoponics

im about to start my first hydro grow but im not exactly sure what to do for lighting. Definiately going with flourescents though. how many watts and lumens should i have for 2 af plants?

any suggestions for af strains? diesel ryders lookin pretty right:baggy:

As many as you can get around them without burning etc

5k lumens per sq ft. should be a starting point with fluorescent's.

No exp. with the strain, but thats what i go by.
