If I had two plants, AK-47, same age, same soil, same everything, and put one outside and the other inside for 12/12--would the outdoor finish sooner? I guess I'll find out myself soon enough, but I'm just trying to make some plans...

I believe indoor finish sooner.
indoor grows alot faster. sun light compared to other lights {not all} is usually better then in potency cause the sun is natural.
