Ive been reading the sticky on the dilution method and it seems perfect, but I only have 26 hours until my test and I just now took my Creatine supplement. Am I screwed? I have a very fast metabolism and I am 150 lbs, 5' 10".
Does anyone know a way to speed up the process of making it into Creatinine?
