Anyone Party with Joe and Hubbs?

Has anyone ever seen this movie? Its about these two guys named Joe and Hubbs who try to get weed alcohol and girls. I randomly found it for 3 bucks at some crap grocery store. Its pretty funny if your stoned and you get to see this girl's ta-ta's.
