what way works best i have seeds and i have a light that produces alota heat

well theres your problem right there, you want lights that produce very little heat, please tell me you have the right bulbs, not just some shit bulbs you pulled from your mom's lamp, im sick of people trying that and saying their plant didnt grow because of too much fertilizers, or bad water, just be smart, look stuff up
