Dilution story

My stats: Female, 5â??6, roughly 200lbs, average metabolism, normally drink around 80oz water daily. 35 mins circuit training +30mins cardio 3x per week, 1hr of cardio (power walking) 2-3x per week for about 5 months. Daily smoker, 3-5 skinny joints of mid-grade daily. Last smoke was 7/16/2010. Used Quick Screen & First Check at Home Drug Tests for Marijuana, BodyTech 100% Pure Creatine Caps & Finest Natural B-12 500mcg tabs (8333% DV per tab), Store brand B complex (50mg B-2 per tab). Been out of work for a little over a year; figures that my first offer requires a pre-employment drug test. This is the charting of my trial run and day of.

8:03AM â?? Void, all but clear
8:26AM â?? Clear void, started in on 20oz more water, replenishing after each void following
8:30AM â?? Took 10 B Complex tablets
8:46AM â?? Void, all but clear
9:05AM â?? Void, maybe a shade more yellow
9:19AM â?? Void, same color as previous, popped 4 more B complex
9:31AM â?? Void, definitely a wee bit more yellow, 4 more B complex tabs
9:39AM â?? Void, definitely more yellow; First Check test: 2 lines, pass
9:51AM - off to take test, sipping water as I went

Sample collected at 10:17AM passed for warmth and visual, now we wait, I'm supposed to start work 8/2...

Still waiting, I guess no news is good news. Still dosing with creatine to maintain levels in the event the results are dilute/inconclusive and I have to test again. By the way, still pissing the B complex, urine REEKS of the vitamin smell which it didn't on test day.

Dunno about anyone else, but I'm waiting intently for your results as well.

Even if 45 days in and i'm not clean naturally next week, I'm home free as long as they don't make me put on a gown during the physical.

I was tired of waiting. So this afternoon I sent an email to my potential new boss asking for information on what to expect on my start date, which was simply a thinly disguised way to ask DID I FUCKING PASS OR NOT????

Just one question im not sure about.. is it vitamin B12 or B2 that you used ?
im still not 100% sure which B??? vitamins to get.

The proper vitamin to use for urine "color" is Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin).

and with the creatine stuff, is there any specfic type ? I was in a health food store today and there was like 16 differant varieties to choose from.

According to the dilution sticky, the thing to look for is a creatine supplement that is straight creatine monohydrate (check the supplement facts on the label). The brand I chose was the store brand at The Vitamin Shoppe.

I also screwed up and was using B12 at first. Couldn't find any straight B2, so I used a B complex that had a sufficient amount of B2/riboflavin, which worked fine.
