Still Waiting for Conformation

I took my test on Wed. July 14th. - Almost 2 weeks now. I know they'll find vicodin and send it for confirmation, due to my prescription from dentist. My question is when should I expect to hear from the MRO concerning this? - I'm kind of worried even though I passed my home THC tests. That 50 ng/ml vs. 15 ng/ml still scares me, even though I've been told not to worry about the confirmation test if I passed the home test. I also have been told that they won't "re-test" for THC using GC/MS if it tested negative on the initial assay.
Any answer would put my mind to rest.

The GC/MS wont test for THC if youve tested negative for it on the initial assay screen, and on the off-chance that they did, you will still test negative. Thats because the 50 ng assay is functionally equivalent to the 15 ng GC/MS. The cutoff levels are numerically different because the assay detects all 31 different metabolite concentrations combined, while the GC/MS only detects one metabolite concentration (THC-COOH).

THC enters the body in its ingested form and exits the body as 31 different metabolite concentrations, the most prevalent concentration being THC-COOH.

In order to test negative on the assay, all 31 concentrations combined must test below 50 ng.

In order to test negative on the GC/MS, only one metabolite concentration (THC-COOH) must test below 15 ng/ml.

It's now July 29th, and I took the initial test on the 14th ! - Any thoughts on when I might hear something ? It was a Medtox test if that means anything. Seems like a long time to notify someone of either result.
