First big room... Or multiple 1000 watt "closets"?

Hey 'y'all. My friend asked me about a flower room in his basement, it's 12x12x7 feet and has a nice big vent hole out. My Friend, Mr. White :wtf:, really loves his flowers and wanted to know if it's better to split it in half with drywall/sheet rock, or even into three rooms so as to split up electrical circuits, schedules, different strains, and of course harvests? :jointsmile:

Example, the original plan was to make two rooms about 5'x6' and a corner room of 6'x7' and each room getting a 1000 W cooled HPS, fan, yada yada yada. For more than two (equipped) rooms he'll have to bring in more lines, breaker, all that with fries and a coke. An attractive option is to set up two 1000 watt lamps now and leaves room to grow later. (ha ha) Opine?
