Is it possible for me to pass?

I started smoking marijuanna when I was 14 and I have smoked ocasionally ever since. I had a clean system I had not smoked in a wile I smoked June 11 about 3-4 bowls being pass around 4 people. I had a bad kidney infection a few days later I got 2 meds and I had about 3 gallons of cranberry juice total and 8 bottles of water every day. So I hope my system was clean in a few days.

I did not smoke again till June 29, and I only smoked 1 bowl shared between 3 people. I did not get to high and it did not last that long. I had a urine lab test sent off July 15. Is it possible I will pass the urine test? I am 5'3 140lbs.

I have herd THC can leave a non heavy smokers body in 3-10 days. I hope this is the case for me. Can I get some opinions? Also how long does it take to get lab results back?
