Light Mover

I searched the forum for this topic but nothing was conclusive.

Optimizing 1 light to yield the most in SOG.

1. Double the footprint of the light with a light mover?

2. Leave it as is and just air-cool the light so it can be put closer?

I've heard that the bud is thinner beneath a light mover, but how does the net yield-weight compare?

A mover is a slight improvement over the regular setup. Its not going to double your yield. You can probably get the same results turning your plants once a day.
