Test for work

So I have a test for a new job in exactly 1 week. I'm 5'11, around 157-160 in weight, and I'm fairly active. I was clean up until 3 months ago, the returned to an every day smoker (a bowl or three between me and my two roomates) Do you think I can pass this test if I work out like a mutha fucker every day up to 24hrs before the test (like 3+ hrs of running or biking a day). Or should i consider a different method such as dilution. I do not know if i will be observed during the test otherwise i would use quick fix. What do you guys think?

If its a pre-employment drug screen you will not be observed(they can't its the law). I would pick up a home drug test kit and test yourself with the first urination of the day. This will give you an idea of where you stand.

Is that true in every state? I live in the dirty south (SC) where they like to crucify drug users.

Yes its the law and if you are observed, it will be an open and shut case. They will ask you to remove your coat(if your wearing one) and to empty your pockets. If they enter the bathroom behind you be courteous and let them know that you have rights and your very informed of the law. I don't imagine you'll have any problem, but if so you must stand up for yourself.

Thanks I really appreciate the advice. I think that I am still going to try the Dilution method after being clean and working out heavily prior to the test, as well as bringing a donor sample. If they are being dicks about it or are standing really close to the stall door i want to be ready to produce a clean sample myself.

Either way I will keep you guys posted on my results.

Just to keep you guys posted on my regime.

Friday (day i found out i had a drug test one week away)
- Ran 10 miles (approx 1.5hrs)
- took daily multivitamin
Saturday
- Biked 30 miles (approx 2 hrs)
- took daily multivitamin
- ate approx 1/2 spinach (for fiber)
Sunday
- Biked 50 miles (approx 3.5 hrs)
- took daily multivitamin
- ate approx 1/2 lb spinach
- had body fat measured by doctor (10% ftw)

Do you guys think im on the right track to do a dilution method? I have been clean since last Thursday night around 3am.
