This is my first grow and I just want to make sure I'm still on track. The strain is suppose to be sour diesel but not 100% sure. I'm using aeroponics and 10,000 lumens CFL for 3 plants. Let me know what you think. Are the ladies healthy?

High just wanna through in my opinion! ...for that time and the weakling appearance i'd say something is going wrong....what was the last major change
you did. Say from, a few days ago, up to 5 days ago...something has change
their appearance, cuz'n they would not have made this far into flowering
looking like this ! ?
Zeffer
not enoughf light add more lol thats my 2 cents
The only thing that has happened is the last few days is that I had to bend the plants cause they grew bigger than my grow area. I know this will slow them a little bit while they adjust but I'm pretty sure they've already recovered from that. As far as lights, I've read that all you need is 5,000 lumens per 3x3 grow area, I have 10,000 so I figured I was good on light. It's only three plants, two 3 foot size plants and one 2 foot size plants. I'm getting better lights on my next grow but I figured I was good for now. More thoughts would be appreciated...
Your lighting sounds great to me adding more wouldn't hurt but you have enough. You stressed your plant while flowering. Energy that would have gone to maken buds is going twords making the stem stronger and trying to bend to get to the light. All well and good but your flowering time will be longer because of the extra stress.
cool, thanks for the optimism.. it was either bend them or let them burn so I did what I had to do..thanks..
How long have the leaves looked this way?
What are your temps and ph?
Have you checked to make sure your sprayers are not clogged?
The leaves are only like that on one of the plants and its only on the very top. I think it's from where it out grew the light. I finally positioned another light on top of that plant today. My temp stays around 78 and my PH is around 5.8-6.2 and the sprayers are running good. The rest of the leaves are beautiful except for a little yellow on the far tips.
imo it sounds like you have the problem (light issue) taken care of. By the way I am also on my first grow, so don't take this as advice from a master grower.
