accidentally smoking glass

The other day I broke a piece that I had never cleaned. Two years I'd say. As you're guessing there was a MOUND of resin to be scraped, could last for days. But, per usual, I smashed the bowl into smaller pieces to scrape. Usually this isn't a problem but there are tiny pieces of glass abound. I got most out, but assuming I smoke some glass shards on accident, how much damage could it do to me? The obvious way to smoke is through a bong so that any shards that I pull thru hit the water instead of my lungs, so what I'm really asking for are the possible harmful carcinogens I could be smoking. Anyone have any advice? :rastasmoke:

this is just my thought on this but if the pipe your smoking out of is made of the glass thats in the weed and the glass is falling into the water you should be ok lol.:rasta:

I'd be more concerned about the amount of crap in the so called resin.
Pipe scrapings are shit man , almost concentrated tar .

Why do people insist on calling that gunk "resin" it isn't anything like the real deal.

I was thinking the same thing.

I know the difference between resin and hash.

And say I was to smoke this resin out of hash pipe? Any damage there?

I'm with psychocat on this one, bowl 'resin' is some nasty stuff. I understand desperate times call for desperate measures (been there :(), so at least use the bong if you're gonna smoke it.

And as long as the glass isn't small enough to be picked up in the smoke, you should be fine, the shit has to be sprayed with glass before that happens, but thats some of the shit people do to try and make it weigh more, but what it really does is give people mesothelioma.
