Do you have to be a California resident to get a license?

Or is there such thing as temporary license for out of country/state patients?

I read the requirements at one time ..... being a legal (Ca)resident is a requirement ,if I remember right.

I think this is pretty self-explainatory. If you didnt have to be a resident everyone would be on it,use some friggin common sense.
