2nd growbox attempt

I made this yesterday... Its some shelf pieces screwed together with no top or bottom, cardboard taped on with a piece cut out for the exhaust fan. I have a bunch of white paper sitting on cardboard for the base. It's 10"x10"x22", so im guessing i can grow like 3 plants max. The plants i have right now are pretty dead, but I'm getting more bagseeds today from my friend and I have 10 Aurora Indica from seedboutique ordered.. So hopefully ill be successful with a plant sometime soon.. Any suggestions?

How many lights are you using for veg/flower/ how many watts?

Also you should put the lights waaay closer, from what i see in the pic you have 3 26 watt CFL's maybe? and they are like 3 ft away from your babies. Move em about 1 1/2 - 2 in away

yea like reaper said move the lights closer. about 2-4 inches from tops of plants. and a few more lights wouldnt hurt either. but other than that it look pretty good. should fit 3 plants nicely:thumbsup:

Yeah its 3 26W 6500k cfl's. Im probly gona get two power bars and those light plug adapters and put them on the side, then i could fit 4-5 bulbs easy. 5 might be a little much though.. its only like 0.7 sq ft

cant really ever over do it with cfls. but yea for a space that small id at least get 1-2 more and keep them lower down on the sides. really helps all the side growth

Its true you can't over do it with CFL's. But when growing in a semi-cardbord grow box?... Gotta weigh your options on that one

true true......those lil built in ballest on the CFLs do get a lil hot. wouldnt wanna burn the thing down lol adequate ventelation is a must for ur lil box bro
