Unless you want your female plant to be full of seeds, remove any male plants as soon as you see them. If you have a plant with both male and female parts, get rid of that plant. Keep only plants with all female parts. I hope I answered your question.

I think I understand what's going on here.
First off, the white hairs you see are called "pistols." These are the female sex organs for cannabis plants. As the female grows taller and fatter, she will produce more pistols for your enjoyment. The female plant produces far more THC then male plants do. The male plants produce so little THC that most growers find them to be a waste of time, even for cooking. The advise most growers give to new growers is to kill the male plants immediately when you first identify them as males. It's the pollen we are afraid off. That pollen can and will destroy your THC production. Again, the male plant would not have pistols and has instead little balls and banana pepper sacks along the branches.
Male plants can be cooked or used in other ways, but again there is so very little THC if any at all, that most growers do not even bother cooking the plant. Instead you will find the best cooking material in the waste material from the female plant that you don't smoke. All the trim waste from trimming bud would make a better mix for cooking with them a male plant would.
The only thing moving male plants closer to female plants will do, is ensure a more thorough pollination of the female plant which will produce seeds instead of THC.
So....kill the males, cook with the trim of females, and enjoy your smoke.
