Hey i see one pest but i dont know what it is??

Hey there except of spider mites that i have on my plants...

i saw today some white pests triple than spider mites...

and i wonder what are they..??

they eats mites....or they kill my plants.....
tell me opinions..... (i need 15 days to finish)
