Help!! Veggie OR Flowering? Im Stressing..

I usually have my plants on 24 but recently switched to 18/6 of lighting.. but last night i over sleep and gave them 13 hours of darkness .. on all my 2 weeks and a half plants and just noticed today on the top a few.. what seemed to be hairs they did not look like leaves at all because its quite a few of them and i was wondering if i accidentally put them to flower? at 2 weeks is it possible ? theyre only about 1 foot tall? or is all this normal
