Mites

Ugh, my plant got attacked by mites. Only the one of 4 got hit hard but that is because it is the only one with buds. Check out the pics and tell me what you think. I sprayed them immediately but it suffered some damage. How much more time do you think I have till the buds are finished and is the damage going to effect the growth badly?

It looks like you have weeks before they are done so I would neem the hell out of the plants and hope for the best.
