so i recently arose suspicion 2 my family so they signed me up for a drug test at kaiser permanente.
the last time i smoked was june 19, took about 3 hits.
about 3 or 4 days before i smoked the most i have in my life and actually threw up.
how can i pass this test? i have been exercising a lot, and i will drink lots of water the day of the test. what else? i need to know that i pass 100 percent
or else i wont even bother
