Question for All you Lighting Experts

I will be purchasing a 150 watt LED light(the same that STR8outtaweed uses) and using it along side my 250 watt mh/hps. I can either us a MH Bulb or a HPS bulb at any time. I also have a 2 ft T5 fixture that i will be using as well.

Which would be the best bulb to run along side the LED during flowering.

I was planning on using the MH(more blue to reduce stretch) for the first 2 weeks of flower, and then HPS(more red for density) for the remaining weeks. I know that some of you guys know alot about the proper stectrums for different stages of growth and I was wondering what you think would be the best idea? Im really excited to combine the HID's with LED, ive seen what these LEDs can do by themselves.

Ive read that Metal halide gives off more UVB than the high pressure sodium, thus creating more resinous buds than High pressure sodium. I have only read that, so i cant really say that its true. I just wanna grow the best marijuana that I possibly can.
