SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- The debate on whether California should legalize marijuana went before the Sacramento County Sheriff and a Southern California judge Tuesday.

I'm betting the article got it wrong as to Gray's alleged position that "Both sides agreed the legalization initiative would not eliminate Mexican drug cartels or a marijuana black market". Judge Gray has been a leap.cc member and speaker for a number of years. While I would never presume to speak for Gray, from what I do know of Gray as a longtime member of leap myself and having listened to the guy; I believe that statement to be inaccurate. Gray would elaborate that Mexican Drug Cartels would in fact take it in the keister big time if cannabis were legalized in the US; it's their friggen number one money maker for crying out loud.Quote:
