Mold? Mites? Dank? Bud Rot?

for about the past few weeks I have been getting weed from different dealers and they all have had almost invisible webbing in them that can only be seen when you break apart a nug in front of the light. there are like 3 or 4 strands per break, they float like spider webs. No signs of mold that I can see on the buds.

Should I smoke em or what? WTF is with the weird webbing shit I've foud from like 3 diff local dealers. Sounds to me like a big grower fucked up some how and is shooting the buds off at good deal to get rid of it. and now my town is and dealers are flodded

it looks to me like you just got some dank, with some sticky hairs. thats all. ive found some weird things when i was breaking buds up before. fishing line. hair, inside the bud, like people hair. my own hair after breaking it up. So after all that, it doesnt seem like anything noticable, and even if it was something like a spider web, i dont think they kill you, in fact they give you the powers of spiderman while you are high.

Im not sure I want the powers of a radioactive spider bite when I take a hit.

I believe you have gotten hold of some weed that was not dried all the way before it was put in a jar to cure. There is some fungus that will be in the bud , but it is very very hard to see without a microscope. The tips of the THC crystals will have little white dots on the end that at first just look like really good shiny THC crystals , but when looked a with at magnifying glass, you will actually see tiny fungus spores at the tip of the THC crystal ! Also when you break apart the nug in high light , you will be able to see almost like a fine mist powder when you break it . That is also the fungus spores. I would not recommend smoking weed that is in this condition. I got some one time and had to chunk it all. Always inspect your weed before you smoke it. :pimp:

I think spider mites do that too, make webs in the flowers.

Thanks for the responses, I know the webbing thing can be indicative of both mites and mold so thats why I am confused, because if its mold there are no real visible ( even with a 6x magnifying glass) tufts of mold or anything, just lots of tric's. Yet when breaking the bud apart there is the webbing, along with a few darkened color leaves (which makes me suspect somthing like mites or bud rot), and hairs that while look almost like tric stocks but without the top. my paranoid self cant help but think might be little mold hairs. and with my paranoia its really impossible to tell if the taste/smell is moldy or off. It doesnt quite smell like my normal shit but not like ammonia or wet clothing left out to mold. and when breaking it up there isnt really any more mist than what you would expect from tric and ect falling out, no super cloud of spores or anything.
