Did you possibly spill a small amount of nute water on the leaf? Thats what it looks like to me. Sometimes even water without nutes can do that as the water magnifies the heat. So if you have a 400+ watt MH bulb, it could have been that.

This looks like the surface of the leaf has been eaten away and not by anything liquid given the appearance of it.
Are you running an ozone generator/air ionizer nearby?

The neckrosis pattern looks like water damage, to me. If you let water sit on the leaves, (clog the stomas) gas exchange (plant transpiration) is interrupted, and the surrounding leaf cells die.
