MMJ Patients lists and jobs
i was just courious is anyone concerned about signing up for a med card and how it might come back to haunt you at some point like a job interview or security clearance application or anything? I joined a cannabis buyers club in 2001 when I lived in Cali, but I ended up moving out of the state shortly after that.
That was always my biggest concern at the time about signing up on any kind of list or anything. That is the biggest reason I hope that this new prop passes in Cali (and maybe Washington if they can get it on the ballot). This would eliminated all the doctors records, lists, etc. Just being an adult will be all the papers work you need. :cool: I think that will be the biggest benefit of this if it passes.

Its definitely one big BLACK CLOUD the covers the country that we need to go away. The whole war on marijuana is and will always be one of the biggest shames perpetrated on the American people. And, it all goes back to the fear of the counter culture of the 60s.
The boomers scared the fuck out of the old farts, especially Nixon, and the only way they knew to fight back and win was to arrest and ruin the so-called malcontents. So they bribed them with piss tests, cushy jobs, 401Ks, McMansions, and credit out the ass. And what did they get for it all? The rug pulled out from under them again, left holding another empty bag.
Now, hopefully those old boomers will realize the folly of their obedience, and won't be fooled again and demand that the cannabis plant be free in all 50 states and our territories. :D

I'm one of those baby boomers at 63 years old, and we pretty much started the using of MJ on a large scale basis. Yes I strongly agree with you about MJ being legal in all states and recognized by the feds. This war on MJ is just as stupid as the prohibition in the 20's, Boy was that successful, not. All that the prohibition on alcohol did was lead to crime and death on a large scale while everyone drank what they wanted anyway. It just ruined peopleā??s lives, and for what. It didn't work then and it's not working now. When will the dumb stuffed shirt bastards in office wake up and smell the coffee, and finally legalize MJ and tax the shit out it like they do alcohol. They all bitch about not having enough of revenue and totally miss the concept of MJ generating billions of tax revenue each year, not counting the immense amount of money currently spent to police and control the MJ situation which just continues in spite of their failing controls.
