Supervised test?

WHATS UP?! Question: I have a drug test coming up for my postion with walmart as a pharmacy clerk. Im running the substitution method (balloon where the sun dont shine) & I've practiced to where Im almost a pro. MY QUESTION IS; Are most tests supervised? Will they leave if I tell them Im shy? Im a tiny white girl, but i have TATTOOS all over the place, I dont exactly look like a run-of-the-mill girl next door. I JUST WANT THEM TO LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE haha.I hope I can pop my balloon in the privacy of my own stall. Any advice or tips on what to do in a time of desperation? lol :smokin:

I am pretty sure the only tests that can be supervised are for court/government/military things. You cannot be supervised for a job. I applied to a company in a related field and was able to easily substitute my urine. I was given a cup and walked into a bathroom where I closed the door, subbed, and then gave the cup back.

They most likely won't supervise. If they do, tell them you are not comfortable with it and if they still refuse ask them if it is legal for them to do it. I am quite sure it isn't.

There's no way they'd be allowed to have someone staring at your vagina and urethra waiting to see urine come out.

When I had to drop for probation (I'm male), a cop stood behind me but that was it. That is completely different than a pre-employment drug test. If you have practiced your sub method and know that the sample temp is between 90-100 degrees (most important part), you will be fine. Good luck!

Well, i didnt even make it to the drug test, they didnt give it to me because of my tattoos, what a bunch of pricks.

Uhh, youd better check the regulations oulined by the Department of Health & Human Services. Those rules state that in observed testing situations (which only occur if a donor is suspected of tampering, or if its a followup/return to duty test) the observer (who must be the same gender as the donor) is to be in the stall and directly watch the flow of urine exit the donors body and into the sample cup.
