Is using decarboxylation worth while in creating BHO?

Is there any noticeable benefit from using (Oven)decarboxylation before making BHO?

Decarb AFTER making your BHO. You get the product called Buddha's Earwax and it's POTENT.

Can't think of any and do it after making the oil.
