Man, I had to go to 8 shops today before anybody picked up my overage! It was pretty good product too... most didn't even look at it!! Seems like HB1284 is already scaring a lot of people into avoiding vendors. One dude even asked me if I formed an LLC and said he wouldn't buy from me if not....
Good luck to anyone out there trying to unload some overage!!

thats why its best to establish relationships with disp owners......I would hate going into random places trying to unload.
